Welcome to Walton Charter Academy
What a sense of Community!
Walton Charter Academy, where learning is our central goal, is located in historic Pontiac, Michigan! We became a part of the Pontiac community in August of 1999, opening our doors to 342 students and their families. Since that first day, we have added a grade each year. We are now serving grades K - 8 and have an enrollment of over 700 students. We strive daily to be a community-based school with a warm, welcoming, family-type of atmosphere. Elementary and middle school tudents who attend our school live in Pontiac, Waterford, Rochester Hills, Lake Orion, Clarkston and West Bloomfield. Our student population is very diverse. As the saying goes, “If you want diversity, come to Walton.”
